I’ve tried to contact your company and not had anyone respond. I needed to return the part since it’s not the correct one for my chair and it isn’t the one advertised in the picture on the order.

Got the package already opened and the reclining pump wasn't in it 😞😞😞😞

Very disappointed

I was very disappointed when receiving my reclining pump , to see the measurements were way off from the description. It was way bigger than the piece i have in there and this was the smaller sized one. So needless to say I’m back to square one.

Thank you for letting us know. The measurements have been corrected on the site. Wish we had the smaller one for you. Very hard to find at this time.
